One year ago, my brother married the love of his life.
They first met at a swing dance, when he politely asked the beautiful redhead in the yellow dress for a dance.
After the ceremony, they drove away together in a jeep, headed in the direction of adventure and romance.
Happy anniversary, beautiful lovebirds! May you have many, many more glorious returns.
You. are. so. loved.
6 years of marriage, you guys! SIX! How amazing is that? And, as my mother used to add, “we still like each other!”
Today I am grateful for all those weekend days we spent exploring Savannah, GA as newlyweds.
For special occasions to celebrate the people we love.
For mountain trips.
And hiking adventures.
And for holidays.
For fun vacations.
And time spent at home.
I’m grateful for this comfortable love that binds us together.
How lucky I am to be in love with my best friend.

Dear Scott, what a year it’s been! I can’t wait to spend another 6 years with you. I’ll love you when we’re 100.
Love, your K. Belle
Halfway through our trip down the Chestatee river we paused to celebrate John & Autumn’s one year anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. Cheers to their first year of marriage & best wishes for many more wonderful years to come!

It was a beautiful day summer day on a gold rush river. Enjoy your long weekend, and may you get to spend part of it outside.
